  • 3 - Numerous road closures due to widespread flooding. Pungo Ferry Landing boat ramp flooded.
  • 2.5 - Closures due to high water on Pungo Ferry Road, Blackwater Road and Mt Pleasant Road with detours and limited access to Chesapeake and Knotts Island. Significant flooding on West Neck Road and Indian River Road with road closures likely.
  • 2 - Pungo Ferry Road west of the bridge becomes covered with up to 0.5 foot of water.
