Flood Impacts 🅘

  • 18 - the Skokomish River will cause major, near record flooding throughout the Skokomish Valley. Deep and swift flood waters will inundate residential areas, many roads including SR 106, and much of the farm land. Flooding will occur all along the river including headwaters, tributaries, and other streams within and near the Skokomish River Basin.
  • 17.5 - the Skokomish River will cause moderate flooding, with deep and quick flood waters inundating some residential areas, many roads, and much of the farm land in the Skokomish Valley. Inundated roads include the Skokomish Valley road, Bourgault Road West, Purdy Cutoff Road, and Highway 106.
  • 16.5 - the Skokomish River will cause widespread flooding of pasture lands, with water flowing quickly over West Bourgault Road and Skokomish Valley Road.
