- 12 - Roads nearest the creek flood and transfer of property to higher ground becomes necessary with evacuations possible.
- 11 - Franke Park Drive along the creek floods as drainage systems backfill. Low profile vehicles become stranded in parking lots by the playground and near the roundabout at the entrance to Franke Park.
