- 16.5 - The Black Fork comes out of banks upstream of the river gauge. Access through Shelby is cut off. Properties along the Black Fork are threatened with flood waters. Roads downstream of Shelby also cut off by the Black Fork.
- 15.9 - Water reaches the bottom of the Main Street Bridge.
