The NWM output provides supplemental guidance to NWS forecasters and should not be considered an official NWS river forecast.
Flood Impacts
- 45 - major flooding of homes and industrial areas in Gladstone and West Linn has historically occurred at this and higher stages. Also expect flooding of the shopping district and other businesses along the Willamette River in Oregon City adjacent to I-205.
- 40 - major flood stage, numerous homes are threatened with flooding in the vicinity of West Linn and Marylhurst along River St, and also in the Oak Grove area. Expect widespread flooding of lowland areas, parks, roads and a few structures along the Willamette River from Oregon City to Portland.
- 35 - moderate flood stage, expect widespread flooding of low lying areas along the Willamette River from Oregon City to Portland. Clackamette Park at the confluence of the Clackamas and Willamette Rivers is flooded at this and higher stages.
