26 - expect widespread flooding from the Ferry Street Bridge to Belt Line Road in Eugene. Also expect flooding along the right bank of the Willamette in Springfield.
24 - expect flooding of low lying land along the Willamette River from Eugene to Junction City. Coburg Road has historically been closed due to flooding at this and higher stages.
23 - expect widespread flooding of several roads and low lying areas along and near the Willamette River in and near Eugene, especially between River Road and the Willamette in north Eugene.
