- 16.5 - FEMA 1 percent flood level. Severe flooding will occur throughout the central sections of Warren. Residents living along the river should prepare for major flood losses.
- 14.8 - Major flooding will occur in the City of Warren. Floodwaters will spread to Niles Road. Residents living along the river should prepare for major flood losses.
